💬 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

💰 Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
